Before you order
Do you install signs outside Pakistan?
International orders are normally manufactured and shipped for installation by the customer’s local sign installer or electrician. Mounting details and project-specific hardware can be included where agreed in the quotation.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on quantity, size, finish and fabrication complexity. The exact lead time is confirmed on the quotation instead of using one fixed promise for every project.
How long does international shipping take?
Typical air transit is around 12–15 days after dispatch for many international projects, but carrier route, destination, customs and project size can change the ETA. Your quotation will state the intended method.
Are raceways included?
Only when specifically listed in the quotation and approved scope. Raceway, sign base and mounting structure are quoted according to each job.
What are the standard payment terms?
Standard terms are 70% advance to begin production and 30% before dispatch, unless a written quotation states otherwise.
Can I see the sign before it ships?
Yes. We can share production photos and a lit-test video for approval before packing and dispatch.
